I recently had the opportunity to write the foreword to a book that I believe will be a game changer. Go Wild, by Harvard Medical School Professor John Ratey, MD, and journalist Richard Manning, focuses on the disparity between the rapid rate of evolution of human civilization compared with the adaptability of the human body. Well beyond just exploring this mismatch, the authors explore how we are able to actually modify our genetic expression, paving the way to meaningfully combat so many of our modern health issues including depression, diabetes, autism and heart disease. The text presents the value of “focusing on ways of the past.”
Please enjoy the foreword – and definitely enjoy the book!
