Morning Burst Smoothie

Breakfast

Ingredients

class="p1">1 avocado

class="p1">Juice from 1 lemon

class="p1">Juice from 1 lime

class="p1">A large handful of kale

class="p1">A large handful of spinach

class="p1">A large handful strawberries

class="p1">A large handful pineapple pieces

class="p1">1 tbsp of chia or ground flax seed (can use both)

class="p1">Plain coconut water

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
