Chocolate Pudding Cups



class="p1">2½ cups of organic coconut milk

class="p1">3 tablespoons gelatin (use less for a softer pudding)

class="p1">⅓ cup organic coconut sugar (you can use stevia also)

class="p1">⅓ cup organic raw cacao

class="p1">⅛ teaspoon sea salt

class="p1">½ teaspoon vanilla


Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over low heat (you want to heat your pudding the least possible to retain as much good stuff in the raw cacao, while still melting the gelatin). Whisk/heat until everything is combined and smooth. Pour into individual jars, cover with lids and chill.
